ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2001 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. My State Farm career began before agency ownership, with experience in both auto and health claims as well as training around life insurance products. Working closely with agents helped me realize how much I had to offer in an agency setting. I was drawn to the opportunity to educate customers, help them understand their coverage options, and connect them with policies that fit their needs.
I’m a proud Texas Tech graduate and remain active with my sorority, including participating in volunteer opportunities through the organization. Outside of work, family is incredibly important to me. I have two children who are currently in college, along with a dog who is part of the family too.

As an Account Associate for Bridgette Emanuel - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
